Ownership and Use of Content
All original materials published by Platinum Mum on Substack, Medium, other writing platforms and social media platforms remain the intellectual property of Platinum Mum and/or the original creator.
By submitting content to Platinum Mum (including public forum contributions), contributors grant Platinum Mum a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content on its Platinum Mum platforms and for promotional purposes, WITH attribution. Please do contact us if we have inadvertently missed an attribution; it is important to us and the integrity of Platinum Mum we attribute contributions.
No content published by Platinum Mum may be republished, reproduced, or distributed elsewhere without explicit written permission from Platinum Mum or the original creator, except as permitted by platform-specific sharing features (e.g., retweets, shares within the platform, shares to non-subscribers).
Unauthorized commercial use or republication of any Platinum Mum content is strictly prohibited.
Platform-Specific Terms
Content published on Substack and Medium is also subject to those platforms’ terms of service, which grant the platforms a license to display and distribute your content within their services but do not transfer ownership.
Social media posts remain the property of Platinum Mum, but posting grants the platforms a broad license to use, display, and distribute content as required for their services.
Forum and Community Contributions
By posting in any Platinum Mum public forum, contributors grant Platinum Mum the right to repost, quote, or otherwise use contributions for editorial, promotional, or community purposes for Platinum Mum, with attribution.
Contributors must only submit content they have the right to share and must not infringe on others’ intellectual property rights.
General
By engaging with Platinum Mum’s publications or forums, you agree to these terms.
Platinum Mum reserves the right to remove content or restrict access at its discretion.
